Our Commission Structure

10% Yield on your Investment VH Dubai is dedicated to maximising the returns on your investment property through use of our commission scheme. Our main objective is to achieve a minimum 10% yield for each of your investment properties.

Your 10% yield is our main priority and it is only until we can achieve this return that we begin earning our commission.

So unlike many other rental companies who charge a flat rate percentage on your rental income no matter what occupancy rate you are achieving, we push harder to achieve higher rental incomes on your property as it is also in our interest!
The 10% yield promise is subject to status and will require a genuine valuation of the property from one of our listed partners.

It gets better!
Upon achieving the 10% yield you will receive 20% of anything above earned in rental income after costs of maintenance and cleaning etc has been deducted.
