Pooling System
Our unique pooling system ensures a fair system for all our investors. The
system will automatically come into play once we are listing more than
one type of the same property. All the income achieved on each of these
apartments is added up and then equally divided out based on the number
of properties you own within the pool.
For Example: If we are listing 10, two bedroom apartments, road facing
on the Palm Jumeirah (E-type) and your add 5 properties to this pool,
upon collecting rental income for all 15 apartments the total sum will be
divided by 15. You will then receive 5 lots of the divided sum for your
properties.
